Role summary

We are looking for very driven Assistant Generation Engineering Supervisors to join our agile production operations team. This vital function will be accountable for managing and optimizing manufacturing workflows, making sure the productive and safe manufacturingof our agrochemical goods, and top a team of devoted generation staff.

Duties

• Oversee and organize routine generation initiatives to meet result, quality, and dispatch targets.
• Track employee output, offer direction, and ensure team compliance to standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
• Make sure that machines, resources, and equipments are functioning properly and request servicing & maintenance when needed.
• Work alongside organizing, quality assurance, servicing & maintenance, and logistics departments to enhance process and settle generation concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene rules on the productionfloor; advance a safe operating environment.
• Educate new employees and upskill current team members on generation standardized processes and organisation guidelines.
• Track generation indicators which includes result, non-operational time, and wastage; organize documentation for management.
• Track stock of unedited materials and inventory necessary for generation and coordinate with the store or procurement team.
• Manage discipline, timekeeping, and presence matters in accordance with organisation regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Bsc in either Generation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a at least passing grade of Second-class honours,Upper Division from a Nigerian tertiary institution.
• Our Preferred candidate should not be more than 28 years old, should be a extremely innovative individual with the capability to formulate creative strategies to our challenges.
• Should also possess the capability to convey technical creative thoughts in a clear manner, both visually and verbally.
• Expertise in Good Production operations Procedures (GMP), ISO guidelines, and applicable health, safety, and ecological rules.
• May be necessary to operate changes, weekends, or public holidays, relying on generation plans.
