About the Position
- Make sure that the allocated project/s are efficiently run as per statement of requirement, Organisation specification and Binding requirement
- Make sure that all the interfaces with the applicable parties which includes with the work collaboratively/oversight body/3rd-parties are correctly handled
- Make sure that projects are carried out in a highly safe manner, conformance to quality and within timetable and financial plan.
- Ensure and advance the application of the organization Health, safety, and environment regulations and requirements.
- Make sure that service providers adhere at all times with safety regulations, taking actions as necessary in case of disregard of the regulations, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and arranging instrument-box sessions and recovery strategies.
- Advance safety culture within Employees and service providers in addition to the status updates of anomalies
- Ensure and track the safety of staff and system setups in addition to protection of the environment.
- Pursue within his team the Health, safety, and environment targets defined by his line management
- To organize the execution of project coordination for the allocated projects launching from project sanction until hand over to Site Process.
- To organize each stage of the project in partnership with the applicable parties and ensure respect of the project qualifications, financial plan and achievement. This shall comprise of to track and regulate closely Vendor initiatives and propose the risk reduction actions for any nonconformity or slippage (technical, financial plan, timetable).
- To present the company for the implementation of the project and oversee the company of the allocated project/s.
- To guarantee the accessibility of the authorized binding recordkeeping, authorized financial plan and ensure the execution as per requirement.
- In partnership with C&P, to oversee, track, regulate all necessary binding process until endorsement to honor. This shall comprise of making sure the endorsement is made in the best technical and business-related terms.
- To oversee the project setup of any on-site work and oversee the implementation.
- To oversee the interfaces with the applicable parties which includes with the external parties (NAPIMS, DPR, etc.) in partnership with PAR Department.
- Ensure the respect of authorization qualifications for each stage of the project with the associates/authorities in partnership with PAR Department.
- To encourage creativity and the cost reduction initiatives for all line of initiatives.
- To organize and accelerate the necessary documentation of the project which includes in order to the interfaces. This shall comprise of offering of supporting information necessary for project status updates.
- To be in charge of the issuance of the project close out documentation and return of expertise for the project archive.
- To carry out any other obligations/projects may be allocated to him/her by the structured order.
Qualifications
- Engineering profile requiring at least 10 years’ expertise in the building of O&G system setups and project coordination.
- Fluent in English.
- Good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
