We're recruiting for a Recruitment Associate who will a key role in attracting, recognizing, and recruiting elite skilled to meet the company's hiring requirements. You will be participated in the comprehensive talent acquisition, partnering with recruiting managers to guarantee a smooth and productive recruiting expertise. 

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with recruiting managers to comprehend their specific recruiting needs and preferences. 
• Improve the company's company corporate identity by supporting a positive application journey and productively sharing information the organization's values and culture. 
• Execute standardized procedures for applicant information exchange, response, and proposal bargain. 
• Ensure a smooth transition from the hiring process stage to the orientation process for new recruits. 
• Leverage business intelligence to track and measure the performance of hiring process endeavors, recognize zones for advancement and enhance plans for maximum effect. 
• Collaborate with ATS (Candidate Tracking System) to evaluate applicant information, which includes resumes and contact information. 
• Constantly assess and enhance hiring process methods to improve output and performance. 
• Coordinate thorough applicant evaluations through different methods to assess applicants' competencies, expertise, and workplace alignment with the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year expertise in recruitment, in a high-growth recruitment company. 
• Expertise in hiring process plans, procurement methods, and recruitment industry standards
• Expertise with full-cycle hiring using various interview methods and assessment methods.
• Partnership competencies, coupled with the capability to build and motivate top-performing teams.
