• Recognize and adopt the most impactful training approaches for the pupils.
• Track training and learning initiatives to meet the needs of the pupils
• Strategy and supply efficient sequences of lessons
• Recognize and train abilities that will formulate pupils’ capability to operate independently and convey productively
• Recognize and train abilities that will formulate pupils’ community-related autonomy
• Head a subject(s) or recognized zone inside the School Advancement Strategy and ensure advancement is a minimum of good.
• Documentation pupils’ advancement.
