Position Overview

To acquire, bargain, and buy quality unedited materials, wrapping, beverages, tools, and solutions at the best value, making sure prompt stock to meet QSR business needs while preserving cost effectiveness and supplier adherence.

Primary duties

• Acquire and assess suppliers to guarantee quality, cost-performance, and reliability.
• Bargain pricing, payment terms, and stock agreements.
• Increase buy orders (POs) and guarantee promptness authorizations.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with the Inventory Settlement Officer to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Preserve supplier DB and effectiveness records.
• Ensure procurement aligns with authorized financial plans and business needs.
• Track supplies, settle shortages, and manage supplier-associated concerns.
• Verify that every buys adhere with organisation rules and quality benchmarks.
• Assist periodic supplier audits and product standard checks.
• Organize and send procurement documentation for executive review.

Key Qualifications

• Bsc in Procurement, Stock Chain, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2–5years’ expertise in procurement, ideally in QSR or FMCG.
• Robust bargain and supplier leadership abilities.
• Expertise in food safety and quality benchmarks.
• Competence in MS Workspace and stock admin systems.
• High meticulousness, honesty and reliability, and cost-awareness
