About the Position

We are seeking a proficient and service-oriented Barber to join our grooming team in a dynamic in-store environment. The preferred candidate will be committed to grooming, current with modern practices, and dedicated to supplying top-notch support that ensures client fulfillment and repeat business

Primary duties

• Offer premium quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming solutions to customers.
• Advise with customers to comprehend their grooming preferences and endorse appropriate styles.
• Preserve cleanliness and sanitation of resources, workstations, and the salon zone in adherence with workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Oversee assignment plans and reduce customer wait times.
• Stay informed on market trends, grooming methods, and new goods.
• Upsell grooming goods and solutions to clients where relevant.
• Ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that boosts customer experience.
• Manage client response competently and settle minor service issues promptly.
• Follow organisation standardized processes for cash managing or POS financial record (if necessary).
• Engage in advertising initiatives or events structured by the store.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE or applicable vocational development.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Barber in a salon or in-store grooming outlet.
• Applicant must live close to the sites
• Outstanding grooming competencies in cutting, styling, shaving, and beard care.
• Robust interpersonal and client support competencies.
• Task juggling skill and organize schedule in a high-traffic setting.
• Good personal hygiene and specialist appearance.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends and public holidays.
