Job Description

We’re seeking a innovative, trend-savvy, and outcomes-driven Social platforms Associate to bring Termii’s corporate identity story to life across all digital channels.
You’ll be the voice behind our community-related presence, crafting compelling content, building meaningful online networks, and pushing conversations that strengthen our corporate identity visibility and client relation.
This position is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with content data layouts, comprehends operational base algorithms, and is committed to producing scroll-stopping moments.

Track and evaluate key key indicators (relation, reach, clicks, switches) and organize consistent documentation.
Collaborate with the Corporate identity & Promotion team to guarantee regular corporate identity voice and communication tone across channels
Use findings to enhance editorial plan and enhance marketing performance.
Strategic trial with new content types, data layouts, and posting times to optimize relation.

Bsc in Communications, Promotion, Media Studies, or relevant field.
2+ years of social platforms leadership background (intern expertise counts).
Deep knowledge of social platforms algorithms, practices, and content industry standards.
Outstanding drafting, editing, and narrative creation competencies.
Competence with social platforms resources (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Community-related) and data analysis dashboards.
Expertise producing content using Canva, Adobe Innovative Suite, or similar design resources will be an added advantage.
Initiative-driven, innovative, and meticulous with a developmental approach.
