Relation:

Engage in outreach relative to group consciousness of general health, new diets/exercise programs and health risks to targeted groups of people inside the group. Offer culturally suitable health education on topics connected with chronic disease prevention, physical activity, and nutrition.

Dispatch:

• Verify that every necessary notes, forms and supplementary information through on a weekly basis checks and status reports are well preserved in customers' DB to advance effectiveness.
• Finalize managerial duty on an ongoing basis to guarantee proper and structured document keeping, operating with employees members when/if necessary.
• Decide individuals' qualification and register them in health coverage strategies. Oversee the treatment of patients living with terminal illness so that they can live healthier and longer lives.

Targeted Expert Expertise 

• Certification of development as a community health advocate Community health extension worker 
• Valid practice permit from the Public health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria 
• At least 1 years related experience
• . Fluent in any local language and competence in documented and spoken English.
