Associate Pharmacy professional at Reliance Health in Lekki, Lagos

Overview

Our pharmacy professional will collaborate with teams of pharmacy technicians at various branches to oversee procurement, oversee stock chains and dispensation of premium quality medications to patients located across the country.

Duties

• Measure, track, and enhance indicators connected with pharmacy programme effectiveness and patient fulfillment.
• Evaluate pharmacy effectiveness data to recognize zones for advancement.
• Ensure precise records entry and keep documentation for tracking key pharmacy indicators.
• Offer learning and direction to other healthcare employees on pharmacy standardized processes and industry standards.
• Work alongside the healthcare team to improve patient expertise and medication management.
• Execute and assess plans to enhance pharmacy processes.

Qualifications

• B. Pharm Academic qualification from an accredited institution.
• 0 - 1 year post-service experience hands-on patient care in clinic, hospital, group or in-store setting.
• Competence in counselling and teaching patients for primary care terms for children, adults and antenatal/postnatal.
• Competence in counselling and teaching patients for chronic illnesses which includes hypertension, diabetes and peptic ulcers.
• Analysis or data evaluation expertise coordinating large data sets using Excel, stata or other data software is a plus.
• Expertise coordinating a team which includes technicians is a plus.
• Competence in application of Office productivity software resources especially Excel.
• Competence in data collection, evaluation and evaluate is necessary.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication information exchange.
• Capability to convey medical notions in clear layman language.
