Primary duties

• Compliance-related Analysis and Evaluation: Carry out thorough compliance-related analysis and offer evaluation on various compliance-related concerns. 
• Adherence: Preserve current expertise in the legal provisions and rules that affect Nigerian companies. Assist the supervising of legislative modifications and proposal guidance on the necessary steps to guarantee adherence. 
• Business oversight: Assist business oversight initiatives, which includes getting ready board outcomes, minutes, and other corporate documents. 
• Regulatory framework Development: Support to the development and execution of organisation rules and standardized processes. 
• General specialist Assist: Offer general compliance-related assist to customers. 

Requirement

At least years of expertise necessary: 3 years post call and NYSC.
