Growth Associate at Pharmarun in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a outcomes-driven Business Development Officer / Growth Manager with robust expertise in B2B sales and connection management, especially inside the healthcare sector. The position will concentration on obtaining, coordinating, and growing long-term alliances with hospitals, HMOs, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions to generate income and expand Pharmarun’s footprint.

Connection Management:

• Act as the primary reach out for allocated corporate accounts, making sure robust and trusted connections.
• Carry out routine inspection-ins and every quarter business assessments with associates.
• Ensure smooth orientation and consolidation of new B2B associates into the Pharmarun operational base.

Market & Rival Intelligence:

Track industry trends, rival initiatives, and compliance-related modifications in the healthcare space. Offer practical findings to executive guidance to enhance sales and growth plans.

Partnership & Status updates:

• Collaborate with promotion to formulate sector-specific marketing for healthcare associates.
• Offer precise sales projections, pipeline documentation, and key indicators.
• Preserve current work collaboratively records in the CRM (Zoho).

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Healthcare Management, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development expertise in the healthcare, coverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Established history of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operational structures, HMOs, and hospital procurement methods.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and public speaking.
• Competence in CRM resources (Zoho preferred).
• Capability to operate independently and commute as necessary.

Preferred:

Expertise in healthtech or medical stock-chain companies. Current network within hospitals, HMOs, and healthcare corporates.
