Role summary

We are looking for an skilled and service-oriented Male server with deep understanding of wine, cheese, and dietary restrictions. The preferred candidate will be capable to endorse pairings, advise clients with special dietary needs, and provide exceptional table service that boosts the entire dining expertise.

Primary duties

• Welcome and seat guests, demonstrating menus and specials.
• Offer thorough descriptions of wine and cheese options, which includes tasting notes and pairing strategic guidance.
• Advise clients on menu selections based on dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, lactose-free).
• Take and relay precise F&B orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, making sure accurate visual communication and temperature.
• Preserve expertise in the full menu, which includes seasonal modifications.
• Check on guests during service to guarantee fulfillment and respond to concerns.
• Preserve cleanliness of tables, service zones, and dining space.
• Help in inventory management of wine and cheese stock.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and service guidelines.
