Primary duties
- Compose clear, compelling, and fact-driven scripts for documentary and news-style videos
- Analysis and evaluate sophisticated topics to produce informative, precise, and well-organized content
- Work alongside video producers, editorsto ensure the script aligns with video direction and targets
- Adjust to different tones and styles relying on the project (e.g., serious, thought-provoking, or light-hearted)
- Ensure scripts are optimized for YouTube target groups, combining SEO industry standards
- Deliver on time and adjust to response, making changes as necessary
- Stay informed on practices, ongoing events, and standardized best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of expertise drafting YouTube scripts, with a concentration on documentary or news-style content
- Robust analysis competencies and capability to evaluate sophisticated topics
