Overview
- The Guard Associate is in charge of making sure the accident and threat control of employees, patients, visitors, and real estate inside the facility.
- This position includes supervising guard operational structures, enforcing authorization procedures, responding to incidents, and carrying out standard procedure patrols to prevent breaches.
- The position holder will assist the execution of on-site-level guard standardized processes, preserve guard tools, and help with inquiries and status updates.
Primary duties
- Assist the execution of on-site-level guard procedures and standardized processes in line with corporate rules.
- Address guard incidents and crises, escalating concerns where necessary.
- Carry out consistent patrols, inspections, and surveillance to identify and prevent guard breaches.
- Help in the synchronization of visitor and vendor entry in accordance with authorized standard procedures.
- Track authorization operational structures, Closed-circuit television, and other guard structure to guarantee full business capability.
- Engage in standard procedure risk evaluations and support to on-site-specific safety strategic guidance.
- Organize system issue documentation and preserve precise records of routine guard initiatives.
- Assist the Guard Head in coordinating with with law enforcement or external agencies when necessary.
- Offer guard direction to employees and support to consciousness endeavors inside the facility.
- Verify that every guard tools is properly preserved and documentation malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
- Profile in military, paramilitary, or specialist guard solutions is a plus.
- At least 4 - 7 years of related experience in corporate or institutional guard positions.
- Good expertise in authorization, surveillance operational structures, and guard procedures.
- Robust meticulousness, discipline, and a initiative-driven approach to risk mitigation strategy.
- Membership with ISPON or another identified guard institute is a plus.
- Good documented and spoken communication competencies.
