Top level Advisor, SAP Success Factors Employee Central at Dangote Group in India (Hyderabad)

Position Overview

A highly skilled and accredited Top level Advisor, SAP Success Factors Employee Central to join Dangote SAP Dispatch Center in India. This pivotal position will be in charge of top the design, execution, setup, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The preferred candidate will have in-depth operational and specialized skill in Employee Central, leading customers through sophisticated Human resources transformations, making sure smooth data governance, and optimizing core Human resources methods to match with business targets and worldwide adherence qualifications.

Running test & QA:

• Formulate complete test strategies and scenarios for Employee Central functionalities.
• Head and implement unit running test, consolidation running test, and assist UAT (UAT).
• Oversee defect solution and ensure system quality and precision.

Assist & Development:

• Offer specialist-level operational assist for Employee Central, diagnosing issues sophisticated concerns and offering on-time settlement.
• Formulate development materials and carry out final user and super-user development sessions.
• Help in post-go-live assist and hypercare initiatives.
