Position Overview

An skilled and devoted SAP PP QM Top level Advisor to join Dangote SAP Dispatch Center in India. In this vital function, you will be in charge of the design, setup, execution, and continuous help of our combined SAP Generation Organizing (PP) and Standards oversight (QM) initiatives. You'll collaborate with business users from generation, QA, and stock chain to convert sophisticated organizational needs into efficient SAP functionalities, enhance production operations methods, ensure product standard, and lead process effectiveness. SAP PP Setup & Customization:

• Execute practical setup and customization inside the SAP PP module, covering a variety of functionalities, which includes:
• Master Data: Invoice of Materials (BOMs), Routings/Recipes, Work Centers/Assets, Generation Versions.
• Requirement Management: Organized Self-sufficient Qualifications (PIRs).
• Material Qualifications Organizing (MRP): MRP runs, organizing plans.
• Shop Floor Regulate: Generation Orders, Process Orders, Confirmations, Goods Movements for generation.
• Capacity Organizing and Leveling.
• Repetitive Production operations, Generation Organizing for Process Industries (PP-PI) as relevant.

Expertise:

• At least 8+ years of devoted, practical experience as an SAP PP Advisor and/or SAP QM Advisor.
• Demonstrated expertise engaging in a minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle SAP execution projects or significant improvement/rollout projects, particularly including both PP and QM modules and their consolidation.
• In-depth operational competence in production operations methods (discrete, process, repetitive) and standards oversight principles.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Production operations (which includes PP & QM) is highly preferred. Expertise with SAP ECC 6.0 is also precious.

Technical expertise:

• Deep understanding of SAP PP and QM module settings, master data, and transactional methods.
• Critical comprehension of consolidation points between PP and QM, and with other modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PM).
• Capability to compose clear and thorough operational requirements for custom progress updates (RICEF objects).
• Understanding with ABAP diagnosing is a plus.

• Expertise in a highly controlled industry
• Expertise in SAP Fiori applications applicable to generation and quality methods.
• Understanding with MES (Production operations Implementation Operational structures) consolidation with SAP PP.
• Comprehension of Batch Management or Serial Number Management.
