Early Years Tutor at Royal Resource Management in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

About the Position

We are looking for a driven and skilled Early Years Tutor to join our growing team. The preferred candidate should be passionate, fostering, and well-versed in child-centered learning methods, especially the British or Cambridge Early Years Syllabus.

Primary duties

• Produce a safe, compelling, and welcoming learning environment
• Supply age-suitable lessons in literacy, numeracy, community-related competencies, and innovative play
• Track developmental achievements and documentation on student advancement
• Engage with parents and caregivers through frequent updates and sessions
• Use a range of learning resources, narrative creation, audio selections, and initiatives to aid development
• Promote creativeness, autonomy, and curiosity in every child

Qualifications

• Academic qualification or Certification in Early Childhood Education / NCE
• At least 2 years of expertise in an early years or nursery classroom
• Solid understanding of EYFS or Cambridge Early Years syllabus
• Clear articulation and classroom leadership abilities
•  Committed to operating with young children
• TRCN Accreditation is a plus.
