Position Overview

The position includes coordinating the accessibility and capacity of core applications to guarantee most effective effectiveness. Duties comprise of offering IT assistance for these applications, diagnosing issues concerns, and executing the setup and consolidation of new applications inside the organisation’s environment. Duties

• Design, execute, and preserve highly accessible and ability to scale structure.
• Work alongside development teams to guarantee applications are built with reliability and effectiveness in mind.
• Supervise operations effectiveness, recognize bottlenecks, and proactively execute optimizations to enhance system effectiveness.
• Formulate and preserve automatic control resources for deploying, setup, and supervising of operational structures and solutions.
• Carry out system capacity organizing and offer strategic guidance for scaling assets to meet growing needs.
• Recognize and settle sophisticated system problems connected with structure, relationship building, and application effectiveness.
• Execute and enhance supervising, warning, and data recording operational structures to guarantee prompt discovery and solution of incidents.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to establish and execute industry standards for structure, deploying, and operational frameworks.
• Engage in on-call rotation and deliver promptly response and solution to generation incidents.
• Stay current with market trends and emerging technical solutions in cloud processing and code-defined infrastructure.
• Robust expertise with on-prem structure and cloud channels which includes AWS, and Azure.
• Competence in structure-as-code (Automated infrastructure provisioning) resources like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep knowledge of containerization technical solutions which includes Docker and orchestration resources like Kubernetes.
• Expertise with setup admin systems like Ansible, Puppet, or Cook.
• Robust scripting competencies in languages which includes Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• In-depth understanding of Linux operational structures management and relationship building notions.
• Understanding with supervising and data recording resources like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

Specialist Certification(s):

Service Management Qualifications (e.g. ITIL) are a plus
