Role summary

We are looking for a innovative and highly proficient Video editor to join our promotion team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of developing, shooting, and editing captivating video content that aids QMB's multi-business ecosystem, which includes the hypermart, dining venues, club, spa, salon, laundromat, apartments, and events. This position works closely with the social platforms team and corporate identity directs to guarantee regular narrative creation, advertising content, and corporate identity-in sync graphics.

Duties

• Film and refine premium quality video content for all QMB businesses (e.g., product capabilities, events, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes).
• Work alongside social platforms and promotion teams to strategy content calendars and marketing graphics.
• Capture live events (e.g., Friday club nights, events, apartment tours, cook capabilities, product promos).
• Preserve an structured video archive and ensure proper labeling and versioning.
• Suggest creative data layouts (e.g., reels, IG/YouTube shorts, documentaries).
• Oversee lighting, sound, and basic generation setups.
• Enhance videos for different channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of videography and editing expertise (lifestyle/in-store/hospitality preferred)
• Competence in Adobe Premiere Pro, Concluding Cut Pro, or DaVinci Settle
• Practical understanding of animated visuals (After Outcomes will be an added advantage)
• Project sample demonstrating narrative creation, editing, and corporate identity-attentive videos
• Capability to operate independently and under tight due dates
• Understanding with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content practices
• A team-first mindset with clear expression competencies.
