Job Description
Evaluation & Assessment:
- Design and manage tests, quizzes, and tasks to evaluate student comprehension.
- Mark and grade students' work promptly, offering feedback criticism.
- Preserve precise records of student advancement and effectiveness.
- Organize students for within and outside the organization exams through targeted adjustment and practice sessions.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and preserve a safe, positive, and self-controlled learning environment.
- Set clear requirements for conduct and academic guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to school rules and classroom regulations repeatedly and fairly.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Biology, or relevant field (Bachelor's degree/B.Ed.).
- TRCN accreditation (preferred or in advancement).
- At least 2–3 years educational background experience at the high school grade.
- Expertise getting ready students for WAEC, NECO, and UTME is a plus.
Key Competencies:
- Robust subject expertise in Biology (both theoretical and practical).
- Clear articulation and public speaking.
- Efficient classroom and conduct management.
- Capability to motivate and motivate students.
- Robust corporate and time-management abilities.
- Understanding with ICT resources and e-learning channels.
