Position Overview

We are at present looking for a proficient and meticulous Sprayer to join our generation team. The Sprayer will be in charge of submitting application finishes, stains, and protective coatings to furniture parts and goods using various spraying tools and methods.

Position Summaries

• Organize furniture surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and submitting application suitable primers or sealers as needed.
• Operate spraying tools, which includes airless sprayers, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) sprayers, and electrostatic sprayers, to submit application stains, paints, lacquers, and other finishes to furniture parts and goods.
• Blend and organize finishing materials according to specified formulas, making sure proper viscosity, color matching, and uniformity.
• Submit application finishes to furniture surfaces in accordance with generation plans and quality benchmarks, delivering wanted color, sheen, and coverage.
• Track spraying tools for proper functioning and execute standard procedure servicing & maintenance duty which includes cleaning, calibrating, and replacing worn parts.
• Examine finished goods for faults, runs, or imperfections, and make necessary modifications to spraying tools or methods to guarantee quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent necessary; additional development or accreditation in finishing methods or woodworking preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise (5 years) operating as a sprayer in a furniture production operations or woodworking environment.
• Competence in operating various types of spraying tools and understanding with different types of finishes, stains, and coatings.
• Robust meticulousness and capability to attain regular, premium quality finishes on furniture surfaces.
• Capability to analyze technical drawings, requirements, and finishing directions.
