What You'll Be Doing

• Work alongside cross-operational teams (product, design, Quality assurance) to establish, design, and ship high-effect capabilities.
• Design ability to scale architecture and execute performant backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Compose clean, maintainable, and well-recorded code with a robust concentration on reliability and testability.
• Combine third-party solutions and APIs while making sure strong error managing and graceful degradation.
• Constantly upgrade infrastructure effectiveness and developer expertise through automatic control and refactoring.
• Troubleshoot sophisticated concerns across the stack and proactively recognize avenues for technical advancement.
• Engage in code assessments, architecture discussions, and distribute industry standards with the team.
• Record technical decisions, operational structures, and methods for future team letter of recommendation and transparency.

What We're Seeking

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a associated technical site.
• A minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, with a robust concentration on backend operational structures.
• Competence in Java and Spring Boot; deep knowledge of modern backend architecture and industry standards.
• Expertise building and scaling web solutions, APIs, and distributed operational structures.
• Understanding with Nimble development structured approaches and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled with relational databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like AngularJS or React will be an added advantage.
• Robust diagnosing competencies and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
• Clear articulation competencies and a team-first mindset.
