Participant Relation:

Engage with external professionals and associates through phone interviews, professional forums, and in-person sessions.  Build robust operating connections with project associates, and leverage this connection to assist programme dispatch and to recognize fruitful zones for new work. 

Necessary Credentials 

  • Bsc in ecological science, international affairs, regulatory framework, economics, finance, STEM or another applicable field 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Capability to commute and work within Nigeria 
  • Strong insight of the “efficient use of energy” idea: the value of making sure sufficient electricity requirement to assist new investments in electricity stock, and the methods by which this requirement can be stimulated. 
  • Capability to design, produce from scratch, and run improved Excel-based models. 
  • Capability to listen actively, be diplomatic and specialist, and transfer expertise and information well. 
  • Project coordination competencies, with a exhibited capability to productively oversee various duty and deliver on time.  
  • Capability to productively solve challenges and bring visual precision to sophisticated and unstructured challenges.   
  • Comfortability operating in a team-based, cooperative environment that requires flexibility and being adaptable

What Will Make You Stand Out 

  • A graduate academic qualification in an relevant site which includes engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, energy, agricultural), business (promotion, finance, international), economics, computer science, mathematics, physical and community-related sciences, OR undergraduate academic qualification and 2-4 years of cumulative work expertise and superb effort letters of recommendation.  
  • Expertise designing, executing, and/or monitoring sustainable energy or efficient use projects in remote networks. 
  • Expertise operating in sub-Saharan Africa on energy entry, climate, renewables, and requirement-side topics. 
  • Comprehension of basic financial evaluation and indicators (e.g., NPV, cash flows), energy evaluation (e.g., LCOE), and their applications in African situations 
  • Expertise operating among multifaceted groups with changing perspectives and/or coordinating difficult conversations.  
  • Robust network with African participants in energy, agriculture, new venture, finance, or associated sectors, with a preference for relevant linkages in Nigeria. 
  • Exhibited interest or expertise operating with worldwide teams 
  • Capability to convert sophisticated technical information into clear, brief documents and demonstrations across multiple target groups.
