• Ensure precise and prompt status updates of execution strategy advancement.
• Advise on documentation, condensing advancement of assignment, risk, concerns and any other pertinent facts as necessary.
• Generate any suitable recordkeeping recognized by the Top level Manager, project in a specialist and precise manner. 

Information exchange:

Support to the project assessment process; bring to attention hurdles linked to the project and response into a ongoing development cycle. Support to the distribution and exchanging of good procedures and lessons learned for development organizing and expertise building.
