E-commerce & Social platforms Associate at Goonite (NG) Hygiene Product FZE (2 Openings) in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a innovative, meticulous, and technology-savvy E-commerce & Social platforms Associate to oversee our online presence and lead digital sales. The preferred candidate will be in charge of listing goods on e-commerce channels, coordinating our social platforms pages, and changing online relation into actual sales, especially through WhatsApp and Instagram.

Primary duties

• Oversee product listings, orders, and questions on e-commerce channels (e.g., Jumia, Konga, etc.).
• Compose captivating product summaries and upload premium quality images.
• Build and oversee WhatsApp networks for client loyalty and direct sales.
• Use WhatsApp and Instagram to advance goods, engage directs, and close sales.
• Formulate innovative content that aligns with the corporate identity’s voice and audience.
• Track social platforms practices and leverage them to grow relation.
• Suggest enhancements to boost online visibility and switches
• Work alongside graphic UI/UX professionals or content creators as needed
• Check in with clients promptly, address questions, and manage basic order tracking.
• Assist the promotion team in product consciousness marketing through repost and product status reports.
• Preserve routine records of sales, chats, and client relation initiatives.
• Address DMs, comments, and tags in a prompt and specialist manner.

Qualifications

• At least OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Promotion, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years of expertise in social platforms management or e-commerce (intern comprised).
• Competence in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and a minimum of one e-commerce operational base.
• Outstanding professional writing and client support competencies.
• Basic graphic design or Canva competencies is a plus.
• Previous expertise in closing sales FMCG or buyer goods online.
• Can convey fluently in English, Pidgin, or local dialects.
