Duties

• Supervise and oversee all drilling fluid processes across various rigs, making sure premium quality effectiveness and legal adherence.
• Formulate and oversee sophisticated fluid operational structures for high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) and altered path wells.
• Offer engineering guidance, training entry-level mud engineers, and coordinating with with drilling teams for instantaneous issue resolution.
• Lead cost optimization by minimizing fluid losses, reducing waste, and coordinating chemical usage productively.
• Assemble fluid effectiveness documentation, evaluate wellbore terms, and endorse uninterrupted enhancements.

Qualifications

At least 10 years’ expertise in mud engineering with mastery in OBM/SBM operational structures and in-depth well environments; clear expression and team lead competencies necessary.
