Duties

• Examine and set up rigging tools (slings, shackles, chains, etc.) in adherence with safety guidelines.
• Secure loads and mentor crane operators during lifting and placing of heavy materials.
• Analyze load charts, lifting strategies, and safety standard procedures.
• Ensure proper balance, weight allocation, and attachment of loads.
• Execute pre-lift inspections and ensure tools is in good operating requirement.
• Organize with other crew members and convey transparently during lifting processes.
• Recognize and minimize possibility risks in-field.
• Documentation impaired or defective tools at once.
• Preserve technical resources in safe, clean, and operating requirement.
