Position Overview

As a Client assistance Associate at Turbo Energy, you will be the first point of reach out for clients, making sure that their questions, service issues, and service requests are managed productively and competently. You will play a main responsibility in supplying outstanding client support, assisting metering-associated concerns, and assisting clients navigate Turbo Energy’s initiatives. Your position is critical to building client fulfillment, commitment, and trust in our corporate identity.

Metering & Invoicing Support:

• Mentor clients through meter installation methods and diagnose issues basic metering concerns.
• Help with invoicing questions, payment-associated escalations, and usage data explanation.
• Assist clients in comprehension energy usage data from AMR/AMI operational structures.

Quality & Adherence:

• Follow client support rules, standardized processes, and legal adherence qualifications.
• Report to higher support tier sophisticated technical or financial concerns to the suitable departments.
• Engage in periodic audits and inspection procedures to guarantee adherence with internal guidelines.

Ongoing development:

• Offer input for process enhancements to improve service dispatch effectiveness.
• Stay informed with service understanding, metering tech, and compliance-related modifications.
• Work alongside team members to enhance processes and reduce solution times.

Credentials

• Applicant should have applicable credentials.
• 1 - 3 years of expertise in client support, ideally inside the utilities or energy sector.
• Basic comprehension of metering operational structures (AMR, AMI) is a plus.
• Competence in client assistance resources (CRM software) and Ms office tools.
• Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Capability to manage service issues with empathy and competence.
