Position Overview
- This position is allocated to appointed Dispatch Unit(s), sponsor(s), business line(s), and/or specific duty as defined by the direct supervisor (LM).
- The objective of this position is to carry out and adopt the worldwide Quality Strategy according to the specific needs defined by the scope of the task, to help the allocated business line employees in optimizing adherence possessing applicable International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOPs), Key Effectiveness Indicators (KPIs), relevant compliance obligations, and standard procedures.
- Support to the development and be in charge of the execution of specific standard enhancement programs as accepted with the management and the applicable Chief(s) of allocated business lines.
- Offer guidance and assist to applicable primary stakeholders with regards to quality assurance, risk evaluation, risk mitigation strategy, and corrective/preventive actions.
Crucial Processes
- Adopt and execute the worldwide Standards oversight Strategy inside the scope of the task; this will comprise of:
- Organizing and carrying out the Standards oversight initiatives;
- Risk recognition and evaluation through data evaluate and quality assurance methods;
- Offering assist in risk risk reduction, in organizing corrective/preventive actions, and direction for advancement;
- Assisting the allocated business line management and employees to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with the applicable business and other participants, assist preserving concentration on quality in project dispatch.
- Support to the development and execution of a Dispatch Unit/Sponsor specific Standards oversight strategy and Risk mitigation strategy Programme, track the execution and dispatch.
- Offer guidance and assist to teams inside the allocated business line and other primary stakeholders on every facet of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) adherence.
- Work in close teamwork with teams to oversee violation, quality concerns, help in organizing corrective/preventive actions, as relevant according to SOPs.;
- Inform the allocated business line and QA excellent quality concerns according to SOPs.
- Collaborate with QA and allocated business employees in case of suspected violation, as necessary by the relevant SOPs.
- May offer support during audits and compliance-related inspections to the teams to the extent accepted, as necessary by the relevant SOPs.
- Organize periodic documentation to participants on quality associated matters, risk evaluations and specific standard enhancement programs.
- Upon accord the direct supervisor: Execute any other rational duty as necessary by the position.
Credentials
- Applicants should have a Bsc
- A minimum of 3 years related experience in Standards oversight (not in the production operations industry)
- Sound practical understanding of medical terminology, International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant compliance obligations, standards oversight methods.
- Expertise in National and International Rules and Drug Development methods.
- Expertise Pharmaceutical industry processes.
- Good corporate, interpersonal and verbal abilities. Good judgement and strategic judgment competencies.
- Robust shaping and bargaining ability.
- Robust computer competencies which includes Office productivity software applications.
- Outstanding issue resolution competencies.
- Capability to commute inside the region/country.
- Capability to head and motivate a team.
- Capability to establish and preserve efficient operating connections with co-workers, managers and customers/clients.
- Fluent in English.
