About the Position

As a Top level UI / UX designer, you will play a key role in Terminal’s product development process, from starting analysis and ideation to the concluding design and running test phases. You will collaborate with the product and technical groups, other team members and users to guarantee the product not only appears appealing but also meets operational qualifications, user expectations and business targets. In this position, you’ll possess the avenue to influence the trajectory of our product, from conceptualising new capabilities to refining current ones.

Duties & Obligations

  • Lead the full design lifecycle from exploratory phase to dispatch across omnichannel platforms goods.
  • Convert product qualifications into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
  • Design, build, and preserve manufacturing prepared websites or landing pages using Webflow.
  • Work alongside promotion and growth teams to initiate high-changing, branded pages quickly.
  • Preserve design framework uniformity in Webflow projects.
  • Strategy and carry out user interviews, user efficiency tests, and surveys to confirm creative directions.
  • Use insight-driven response to iterate and enhance customer experiences.
  • Own and evolve the organization’s design framework for uniformity across channels.
  • Collaborate with engineers to guarantee pixel-ideal execution.
  • Collaborate with feature lead, engineers, and other participants to align design with business targets.
  • Uphold high guidelines for User experience/User interface industry standards and availability.
  • Work alongside data analysis teams to analyze behavioural data (e.g., funnel drop-offs, function relation).

Credentials & Competencies

  • A positive mindset to operate and a great attention to description
  • At least 5 years of expertise as a UI / UX designer with a robust project sample demonstrating your analytical abilities.
  • Possessing a good case study in your project sample is a plus.
  • Strong capability in Figma and Webflow
  • Deep knowledge of human centered visual design rules and responsive design
  • Robust user analysis and viability evaluation competencies
  • Capability to operate productively in a team and convey design creative thoughts and prototypes
  • Exceptional verbal abilities, both documented and spoken
  • Basic to midlevel expertise in HTML, CSS and Javascript
