Role summary

• Head the organizing, design, and implementation of sophisticated drilling programs, making sure adherence with organisation rules, Health, safety, and environment guidelines, and governance policies.
• Oversee and evaluate well engineering outputs which includes casing designs, wellbore stability, hydraulics, and budget forecasts.
• Organize cross-functional teams which includes geologists, mud engineers, and service vendors to guarantee productive drilling operationsOptimize drilling effectiveness through technical creative invention, instantaneous data evaluation, and post-well reviews.
• Offer guidance and technical direction to entry-level engineers while monitoring vendor effectiveness and service standard.
• At least 10 years’ expertise in drilling engineering, with a established history in onshore/remote marine operations drilling processes; Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or associated Engineering site necessary.
