Position Overview

The Telesales representative is in charge of turning unedited directs into reserved assignments for the Deck Business development team by making persuasive, informative client engagement calls. They answer to the Deck Head for effectiveness responsibility and to the call centre manager under Go Commute CC for managerial assist and presence tracking.

Primary duties

• Call and certify directs from OPC agents
• Schedule and verify assignments for demonstrations
• Preserve CRM records and client engagement notes
• Meet calling and assignment targets.

Credentials

• Certification / Certification in Sales, Client support or Information exchange
• 1–2 years of outgoing calling or call center expertise
• Previous work in tele-sales, in either commute, hospitality, coverage, property, or solutions industries.;
