Engineer - Processes, Charging and Subscription at MTN Nigeria in Ikoyi, Lagos

Purpose

To oversee and organize information tech processes to guarantee dispatch of prompt and efficient IT solutions.  In charge of investigative and evaluation of user challenges and application bugs and subsequent troubleshooting and technical running test of patches. 

Duties

• Help in conceptualizing servicing & maintenance strategies per application and carry out the servicing & maintenance of applications, re-arranging, building and running test parts in accordance with OLAs and SLAs.
• Code applications in accordance with good guard coding procedures to guarantee the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities. 
• Produce and implement/organize technical test strategies for application adjustment, new deploying and upgrades.
• Engage in scene changes of the application or technical architecture parts to the testers. 
• Fix any faults and effectiveness challenges discovered in running test.
• Track Service Effectiveness to guarantee maximum service accessibility.
• Ensure efficient management of modifications to reduce service disruption and optimize service accessibility and quality.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Dispatch teams to guarantee Quality and efficient execution of projects and modifications preserving maximum uptime of generation solutions
• Collaborate with other reliant teams which includes Vendors, Service Management, Guard team, Dispatch and Engineering team, other Processes teams. 
• Offer details prompt for Audits and Guard requests and ensure any differences elevated are closed.
• Ensure efficient entry regulates to helped operational structures.
• Consistent Participant Relation to comprehend business drivers and ensure system accessibility and effectiveness to assist the business.
• Ensure System issue and Troubleshooting within SLAs

Qualifications Education:

First academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Tech or associated discipline Fluent in English
