Organisation Driver at Vis-Ideal Concept Limited in Ikorodu, Lagos

Role summary

The organization driver is allocated various obligations, duty, and duties at the different entities where they work.

Duties

• Load and unload company’s merchandize
• Precisely finish all paper work linked with transmission of merchandize
• Transport goods, materials, and employees securely to zones where they are needed
• Assurance that goods and employees are protected and secured
• Response customers’ questions as brilliantly as could be allowed
• Guarantee promptness transmission of employees and materials to and from places as ordered by manager or the manager
• Make sure that vehicles are kept ideal and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
• Carry out standard procedure checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
• Identify electrical and mechanical faults and answer to the company or technician
• Documentation any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatch agent or manager
• Execute periodic servicing & maintenance on vehicles, which includes evolving batteries and motor oil at suitable time, in addition to refueling the car(s).
• Documentation any case of accident, injury or loss of vehicles to the manager or manager
• Keep all records, which includes receipts for vehicle servicing & maintenance
• Keep up a commute log to document zones travelled to, commute time, and work hours
• Execute some other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, getting lunch, and running errands
• Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle needs
• Dress competently and in accordance with organisation’s dress code.
