Overview

We are looking for to participate the solutions of a Top level Quantity survey specialist with 15–20 years of demonstrated expertise in cost management, agreement management, and project dispatch inside the building industry.

Primary duties

• Organize precise budget forecasts, invoices of quantities, and bid proposals.
• Oversee and track financial plans, making sure cost effectiveness and value for money.
• Supervise deal discussions, cost assessments, and payments.
• Offer thorough investment guidance and expense management throughout program duration.
• Carry out risk assessment and advise on procurement plans.
• Train and oversee entry-level quantity surveyors and project employees.
• Guarantee adherence possessing applicable legal provisions, codes, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
• At least 15 years’ industry experience with a minimum of 10 years in a high-level position.
• Membership/Chartered status withQSRBN,NIQS, or equivalent specialist body.
• Solid understanding of building agreements (FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
• Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and critical thinking.
• Competence in QS software and MS Workspace suite.
