About The Position

As a Top level User experience/User interface Designer, you will be in charge of carrying out premium quality designs for our financial goods, making sure they are intuitive, reachable, and efficient. You will work alongside cross-operational teams, train entry-level UI/UX professionals, and advocate user-focused design inside the company. This position requires a forward-thinking approach, in-depth User experience/User interface proficiency, and the capability to convert sophisticated financial notions into smooth customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize and implement visual tactics that match with business targets and user expectations.
• Head the comprehensive design methodology, from exploratory phase and analysis to structural planning, interactive simulation, and concluding User interface implementation.
• Carry out improved user analysis, viability evaluation, and A/B strategic trials to confirm and enhance functional visuals.
• Collaborate directly with PMs and engineers to guarantee smooth execution of designs.
• Design ability to scale User interface parts and support to our continuously adapting design framework.
• Support for availability (A11y) and welcoming visual design rules, making sure our goods serve a multifaceted user base.
• Produce and enhance small-scale interactions and motion elements to enhance user relation and user efficiency.
• Use analytics-based findings to constantly enhance the UX and optimise for business effect.
• Train and mentor entry-level UI/UX professionals, nurturing an environment that fosters superiority and creative invention.
• Stay forward of financial technology practices and industry standards to lead feature advancement.

What You Need To Triumph

• 3+ years in a top level product design position, with a robust concentration on User experience and a exhibited capability to head influential projects
• Expertise in graphic design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
• Competence in engagement design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Strong insight of designing for both omnichannel platforms channels, making sure responsive and adaptive experiences.
• Solid understanding of user behavior analysis and how it impacts consumer behavior.
• Comprehensive expertise carrying out viability evaluation, user interviews, and heuristic reviews.
• Capability to synthesise insight-driven findings into influential creative directions.
• Understanding with User experience data analysis resources (Google Data analysis, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
• Competence in atomic visual design rules and building ability to scale User interface frameworks.
• Solid understanding of animation design resources (Lottie, After Outcomes, Principle) to produce agile customer experiences.
• Mentorship background and leading entry-level UI/UX professionals.
• Capability to communicate effectively creative justification and shape participants cross-departmentally.
• Cozy operating in nimble, dynamic cross-functional teams.
• Figma proficiency - in-depth expertise with auto layout, design tokens, part variants, interactive prototypes, and ability to scale component repositories.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial technology and/or SaaS environments, with a deep knowledge of sector-specific demands and user actions.
