Job Description

Duties

  • Formulate and supply compelling and complete Chemistry lessons that match with the school's syllabus and instructional standard procedures.
  • Promote a helpful and welcoming learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and practical innovative experiment.
  • Train variety of chemical notions and topics, which includes atomic framework, periodicity, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, organic chemistry, and laboratory methods.
  • Utilize a range of training structured approaches, which includes exhibitions, strategic trials, multimedia assets, simulations, and tech, to improve student comprehension and relation.
  • Mentor students in carrying out laboratory strategic trials, evaluating data, and drawing findings based on scientific evidence and principles.
  • Motivate students to submit application chemical expertise to real-world scenarios, make linkages to other scientific disciplines, and formulate analytical abilities.
  • Evaluate student advancement routinely through formative and summative evaluations, offer feedback criticism, and assist individualized learning needs.
  • Work alongside teammates to formulate interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that combine Chemistry with other subjects and advance a comprehensive comprehension of scientific principles.
  • Stay informed with ongoing scientific analysis, technological improvement, and pedagogical approaches to repeatedly improve training methods and content expertise.
  • Establish solid connections with students, parents, and guardians to advance open dialog and a positive school-home collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bsc in Chemistry, Chemical Education, or a relevant field.
  • A robust practicing Spirit-filled Christian, with a in-depth dedication to Christian values and principles.
  • Training accreditation in Chemistry or associated discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise training Chemistry or associated subjects at the high school grade.
  • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for chemistry, with mastery in specific zones of the site.
  • Clear articulation and people skills to productively engage with students, teammates, and parents.
  • Capability to produce a stimulating and welcoming learning environment that aids academic growth and personal development.
  • Competence in combining tech, lab tools, and multimedia assets into Chemistry guidance.
  • Dedication to laboratory safety and compliance to proper managing and disposal of chemicals.
  • Dedication to uninterrupted career advancement and staying current with the latest scientific analysis and pedagogical approaches.
