Job Description

Guarantee adherence with local and international remittance rules (FATF, AMLD, OFAC, FinCEN, SARB, etc.).
Collaborate with AML/Fraud teams to embed sanctions screening, KYC/AML, and transaction supervising in remittance flows.
Oversee risk frameworks for cross-border financial record, foreign exchange (FX), and correspondent banking connections.
Assist audit and compliance-related status updates obligations for remittance processes.

10 - 12 years’ expertise in product management, financial solutions, or financial technology, with a minimum of 5+ years in remittance or payments-attentive channels.
Established history in supplying remittance/payment operational structures, digital transfers, or cross-border payment goods.
Deep knowledge of payment rails, FX methods, correspondent banking, and mobile money ecosystems.
Expertise embedding AML/Fraud regulates, sanctions screening, and KYC/credential check into remittance goods.
Practical exposure to digital channels, APIs, and work collaboratively integrations in payments.
Prior expertise with controlled financial institutions, fintechs, or worldwide MTOs preferred.

Robust technical product management competence in payments/remittances.
In-depth understanding of worldwide remittance rules, adherence frameworks, and business risks.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement across adherence, treasury, risk, tech, and external associates.
Capability to balance customer experience, adherence, and cost effectiveness in remittance design.
Robust critical thinking with a concentration on transaction supervising, fraud discovery, and cost optimization.
Exceptional information exchange and management abilities for cross-operational shape.
