Top level Architect - Improved Financial technology API & Orchestration at Tek Experts in Victoria Island, Lagos

Overview

We're looking for a highly proficient Top level Architect to head the enterprise API architecture and orchestration plan across the MoMo operational base. This position is critical for making sure scalability, effectiveness, and secure work collaboratively/consolidation exposure across our ecosystem. You will establish and ensure adherence to an API-first architecture plan, mentor the adoption of modern API and orchestration resources, and work alongside cross-operational teams to guarantee smooth service information exchange and process flows.

Duties

• Establish and ensure adherence to API-first architecture plan and oversight structure.
• Architect API and orchestration layers for productive service information exchange and process flows.
• Mentor adoption of API gateway, service mesh, and modular, independently deployable services industry standards.
• Enable work collaboratively and internal API ecosystems through standardized exposure.
• Work alongside guard, data, and Development-operations teams on API lifecycle automatic control.

Credentials

Education: Bachelor’s or MSC in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Operational structures. Expertise: 8 –10+ years in system unification and initiative architecture; 4+ years in API architecture and orchestration channels.

Specialized abilities:

• Specialist in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, and API Gateways (e.g., Azure, Kong, Apigee).
• Practical experience with service orchestration resources (e.g., Camunda, MuleSoft, BPEL).
• Solid understanding of modular, independently deployable services, Kubernetes, and Secure devops procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture accreditation, SAFe Architect, Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, or Mobile application Architect qualifications. Vendor qualifications (e.g., Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway).
