About the Position

We are looking for a highly proficient Top level Software developer with mastery in Rust, Golang, Python and Node.js to design and build secure, high-effectiveness operational structures that power Kredete’s payments and remittance channels. This position includes operating on solutions for transaction processing, adherence processes (KYC/AML), fraud discovery, and financial integrations. The preferred candidate will merge robust backend engineering expertise with a enthusiasm for building ability to scale, dependable, and conforming financial operational structures.

Primary duties

• Design and execute secure, ability to scale modular, independently deployable services for payment processing, transaction routing, and settlement.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput operational structures for cross-border remittances and instantaneous transaction supervising.
• Formulate API gateways, financial integrations, and fraud discovery pipelines.
• Work alongside product, adherence, and structure teams to convert processes into performant solutions.
• Collaborate with Development-operations/SRE teams to deploy and track solutions in containerized and cloud environments.
• Compose clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit, consolidation, and load running test.
• Carry out code assessments, effectiveness profiling, and adaptability running test.
• Execute observability and supervising for instantaneous tracking of financial financial record.

Necessary Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a associated technical site.
• 6–8+ years of backend engineering expertise with generation-level competence in Rust, Golang, Python and Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of distributed operational structures, concurrency, and high-accessibility architectures.
• Practical experience with financial operational structures, payment rails, or transaction-heavy channels.
• Competence with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and event-driven operational structures (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
• Expertise with OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and secure API design.
• Competence with Docker, Kubernetes, and structure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible).
