About the Position

The Top level Procurement specialist supervises and arranges every facet of procurement typically for the regional Specific and manages the daily running of the procurement department, buying of goods and solutions for the company, coordinating orders and relations while making sure the best value procurement and value for money.

Credentials and Expertise

• Higher national diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Promotion, Business Management/Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Stock Chain Management, or relevant field.
• MSC in above fields is a plus.
• At least 2 years of applicable operating expertise in procurement and coordinating procurement methods, ideally in a humanitarian and/or development circumstance.

Expertise and Competencies:

• Proven capacity of management, executive guidance, and collaboration.
• Accessibility and QA
• Good bargaining ability
• In-depth knowledge and skilled of executing procurement methods and pushing adherence
• Solid understanding of Donor rules adherence qualifications in respect of Procurement and Stock chain
• Productivity and Effectiveness
• The task juggling skill.
• Adequate analytical abilities
• Outstanding planning abilities.
• Clear communication competencies in English and Hausa
• Outstanding status updates competencies
• Clear articulation, diplomatic competencies, and skilled in writing
• Computer competence (Word, Excel and internet) 
• Good critical thinking, comfortable with figures and data.
