Midlevel Litigation associate at Global Profilers in Lagos

Overview

Primary duties

• Prepare, bargain, and evaluate agreements (service, funding, joint initiative, Confidentiality clause, leases, etc.).
• Oversee litigation methods: case plan, composing court documents, witness project setup, settlements, and enforcement.
• Offer lawful consultative assist on shareholder agreements, board outcomes, and legal adherence.
• Carry out lawful analysis, prepare lawful opinions, and track legislative modifications.
• Manage debt recovery and bargain settlements.
• Assist business development and preserve robust customer connections.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years’ expertise in litigation and business-related law.
• At least Second-class upper (2:1) at both Law School and Tertiary institution.
• Robust composing, bargain, and consultative competencies.
• High professional conduct, meticulous, reliable, and a high-performing group player.
• Work Terms:Full-time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
