ICT Tutor at Blooms Academy in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The ICT Tutor will motivate, engage, and difficulty students in their comprehension and application of Information and Information exchange Tech. Primary duties

• Strategy and supply compelling ICT lessons across Key Stages 3–5, making sure alignment with the school’s syllabus.
• Train a variety of ICT topics, which includes digital literacy, programming, data governance, and emerging technical solutions.
• Organize students for external examinations (WAEC, IGCSE, or equivalent) with high academic guidelines.

• Support to the consolidation of ICT across the wider school syllabus.
• Assist unit-specific and whole-school initiatives, which includes clubs, contests, and digital programs.

Credentials and Expertise

• Bsc in ICT, Computer Science, Education, or a relevant field.
• Training certification (PGDE, PGCE) and TRCN registration preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise training ICT in a high school environment.
• Understanding with WAEC/NECO and IGCSE syllabuses is a plus.
• Solid understanding of programming languages, applications, and new technical solutions.
• Outstanding classroom management and verbal abilities.
• A enthusiasm for conceptualizing digitally proficient and future-prepared learners.
