Duties What will I be doing?

• As a Switchboard Telephonist, you will accept, supply and address Visitor and management messages, questions and crises using their expertise in the hotel facilities, solutions, and the local vicinity to quickly address the client.
• A Switchboard Telephonist supports to the first perceptions of our Guests and, therefore, must execute the items listed duty to the highest guidelines:
• Accomplish positive results from Visitor queries in a prompt and productive manner
• Accept and supply all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
• Verify that every wake up calls take place at the accurate time
• Display understanding of all hotel facilities and service and use up-closing sales methods to advance these offerings when the suitable
• Manage crisis calls at once and relay complete and precise information, as necessary
• Show a high level of client support at all times
• Adhere with hotel guard, fire rules and all workplace safety and wellness legislation
• Participate suitable development courses, when necessary
• Show a expertise in all hotel solutions, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
• Follow organisation corporate identity guidelines
• Help other departments, as necessary
