Service Explanation

  • Advance Objective Zero Safety and Quality culture and lead adherence at the worksite.
  • Ensure adherence to Shell and IOGP Health, safety, and environment rules and standardized processes at Organisation worksites.
  • Head and organize processes preparedness initiatives for a key brownfield subsea tieback project.
  • Verify that every business qualifications are fulfilled prior to handover, assisting safe, productive, and smooth unification of new operational structures into current facilities while making sure adherence with safety and effectiveness guidelines.
  • Evaluate and offer input to technical specification documents, P&IDs and other thorough engineering documents for topside system and other interfacing operational structures.
  • Execute an current processes preparedness strategy to mentor the project’s transition from building through initiating and begin-up, making sure alignment with project achievements and Health, safety, and environment qualifications.
  • Engage in Design Assessments, Risk evaluations, Technical Workshops, HAZID, HAZOPs, preparedness evaluate and any other Sessions / assessments as may be allocated in the Scope of Work. Recognize and handle possibility business and safety risks.
  • Work alongside project teams and asset processes teams to guarantee smooth unification of new operational structures with minimal effect on current processes and generation.
  • Head/assist the development and evaluate of operating standardized processes, crisis-management strategies, and license-to-work operational structures, getting ready teams for safe and efficient processes.
  • Offer input into the development and ability development of processes and maintenance technician, managing practical development and simulation exercises to improve preparedness for begin-up.
  • Safe, prompt and productive implementation and lead advancement of work scope based on timeline.
  • Supervise the confirmation of deployment readiness outputs, which includes running test strategies, regulate guest accommodation recordkeeping, and handover recordkeeping, to verify all operational structures are prepared for safe process.
  • Coordinate information exchange between project participants to handle business qualifications and requirements, making sure adherence with industry guidelines and organizational guidelines.
  • Log and track lessons Learned.
  • Evaluate process, and servicing & maintenance documented guides and standard procedures issued by vendor.

Requisite Credentials

  • At least 10 years work expertise with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in subsea processes, surveillance or intervention.
  • Expertise in combined begin-up of critical subsea operational structures inside the oil and gas industry in a In-depth-water environment.
  • Solid experience in causal reasoning and issue resolution with exhibited competencies in evaluating methods, deployment readiness, and subsea processes.
  • Practical expertise operating with subsea operational structures running test and servicing & maintenance.
  • Prior work expertise in the Gulf of Guinea with understanding with the Bonga asset will be highly advantageous.
  • Capability to convey, work, interface, interact and shape productively within a multi- disciplinary team of experts located internationally.
  • Expertise in personal and process safety.
  • Robust project coordination, QA, risk mitigation strategy and participant relation competencies.
