Overview 

As a tutor, your main responsibility will be to train and teach the pupils on the subject zone you are engaged with. You will motivate, motivate and motivate eagerness in the learners and mentor them to make a beneficial effect in their networks. You will supply compelling lessons to multifaceted groups of students. 

Role summary 

• To strategize organize and supply lessons to all students/ pupils in the class.
• To execute the appointed syllabus entirely and in due time.
• To train according to the teaching needs, abilities and accomplishment of the students.
• To adopt and work towards the execution of the school development strategy.
• To evaluate, document and documentation on the development, advancement, achievement, conduct of students and any other obligations allocated by the management. 
• To strategy and execute efficient classroom management procedures.
• To submit application suitable various evaluation resources and plans to assess and advance the uninterrupted intellectual development of the students.
• To strategy and implement teaching in-class and outdoor initiatives and events. 
• To advance the safety and well-being of the pupils and execute the school’s safeguarding regulatory framework.

Credentials 

Expertise: At least 3 years of educational background experience

Qualifications:

• Thorough expertise in the expert subject zone; Islamic Religious Studies. Which includes the items listed elements:
• Tawheed (Unity of Allah)
• Basic Convictions of Islam
• Morals and Ethics in Islam
• Record (The Seerah and the lives of notable personalities from Islamic Record e.g., Lessons from the stories of Allah’s Prophets and their companions. 
• Fiqh of ‘ibaadah (Crucial Procedures) 
• Qur’anic studies, which covers the items listed elements:
• Qur’anic recitation and Tajweed (regulations of its recitation) 
• Hifdh (memorization)
• Comprehension its meaning (through a basic approach to the Tafseer of the verses).
• Arabic competence is desirable but not required.
