Domestic Janitor at Domeo Resources International in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The Domestic Janitor is in charge of making sure a clean, hygienic, and well-structured home environment. This position comprises general room maintenance services, surface cleaning, sanitation, and laundry solutions (washing, drying, ironing, and folding). The preferred candidate should possess prior expertise in domestic cleaning, laundry managing, and household company. They must be meticulous, trustworthy, and competent of operating independently while preserving high guidelines of cleanliness and care.

Laundry and Garment Care:

• Organize, wash, dry, and fold laundry, making sure proper managing of fabrics.
• Iron clothes and linens neatly and store them in appointed spaces.
• Manage sensitive clothing and special fabrics according to care directions.
• Arrange wardrobes, linen closets, and storage spaces.

Household Company:

• Preserve a neat and orderly home environment.
• Help with evolving bed linens, towels, and curtains as needed.
• Keep cleaning plans and guarantee promptness finalization of household duty.

Stock and Inventory:

• Track household cleaning goods and laundry inventory.
• Inform company of low inventory and help with procurement when necessary.
• Customer/Company Interface
• Follow household regulations, routines, and preferences.
• Respect secrecy and confidentiality inside the household.
• Convey any household concerns (repairs, compensation, or matters) promptly.

Expertise:

At least 2–3 years’ expertise in domestic cleaning or room maintenance services. Proven practical experience in laundry, ironing, and garment care.

Laundry and Fabric Care:

Proficient in washing, ironing, folding, and managing sensitive fabrics. Expertise in stain removal methods and garment servicing & maintenance.
