Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Montessori Tutor to join our school. The successful applicant will submit application Montessori principles to mentor children’s learning, motivate autonomy, and develop community-related, emotional, and academic development.

Duties

• Strategy and execute Montessori lessons and initiatives.
• Preserve an structured and compelling classroom environment.
• Observe and evaluate pupils’ advancement, offering individual assist.
• Motivate autonomy, duty, and self-discipline.
• Convey routinely with parents/guardians.
• Work alongside teammates and engage in learning.

Qualifications

• Certification / Certification in Montessori Education (compulsory).
• Bsc in educational studies is a plus.
• At least 2 - 3 years’ Montessori educational background experience.
• Robust classroom management and verbal abilities.
• Capability to use Montessori materials and digital learning resources.
