Position Concise

We are seeking an creative Civil / structural engineer/building tech to design, formulate and build a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from idea through to finalization.

Duties

• Oversee, design, formulate, produce and preserve small-scale through to large-scale building projects in a safe, prompt and maintainable manner
• Carry out in-field inquiries and interpret data (maps, documentation, tests, drawings and others)
• Carry out technical and viability assessments and draw up plans that satisfy technical requirements
• Evaluate possibility risks, materials and expenses
• Offer guidance and settle imaginatively any emerging challenges/deficiencies
• Supervise and train employees and coordinate with a range of participants
• Manage over the resulting systems and solutions for use
• Track development and assemble documentation on project status
• Control spending and buy tools/materials
• Adhere with standard procedures and rules, which includes licenses, safety etc and supply technical files and other system manuals as necessary
