Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and diligent Janitor to execute general cleaning and servicing & maintenance obligations to guarantee a clean, hygienic, and structured environment. The preferred candidate must be physically suit, meticulous, and capable to operate independently or in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in allocated zones.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces which includes tables, windows, desks, and shelves.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, restrooms, sinks, and kitchen zones.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Refill soap, tissue, air fresheners, and cleaning inventory as required.
• Verify that every cleaning resources and chemicals are managed safely and stored properly.
• Follow cleaning plans and finalize allocated duty on time.
• Adhere with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE or basic literacy (capability to read and adhere to guidance).
• 1 - 2 years of expertise in cleaning (specialist setting preferred but not necessary).
• Basic comprehension of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety.
• Good physical requirement and capability to deliver physical work.
• Meticulousness and cleanliness.
• Trustworthy, in charge, and on time.
• Capability to operate independently or with little oversight.
• Readiness to operate early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on change
